WHO WE ARE
Arka Investment Advisory Services Private Limited (AIASPL) is the Investment Manager of Arka Credit Fund I (“Fund”)- a diversified, secure, mid-market focussed Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”). The Fund is sponsored by Arka Financial Holdings Private Ltd. which is a subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd “KOEL”.
AIASPL is managed by an experienced team with experience across the financial services industry and who has built a strong track record in investment & lending.
The size of the Fund is INR 250 Cr with a green shoe of INR 50 Cr. The Fund is a performing credit fund with emphasis to invest in investment grade companies with strong promoter backing and demonstrated performance track record. The Fund follows an investment philosophy of partnering with mid-market players, by providing them access to sustainable capital. It focuses on value creation by identifying investment opportunities typically in mid-market segments across diversified sectors, which have established track record and provide equilibrium between risk and returns.
The Fund has robust governance and advisory due to the delineated transaction process, external vigilance, and a highly experienced Advisory Board with a cumulative experience of 100+ years in the financial services industry.
The Fund was launched in October 2022.

Yogesh Gupta
Associate Vice President - Fund Raise
In his current role, Yogesh is involved in the fund raise process and business development of the Alternative Investment Fund of Arka Investment Advisory. He is a skilled professional with over seven years of work experience, with two years of fundraising experience at Vivriti AMC and four years of institutional business practice at ICICI Pru AMC, among others.
He is a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has done his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
Aishwarya Ghaisas
Investment Analyst
In her current role, Aishwarya is involved in investments and fund management. She has a total experience of more than 5 years and in her previous role, she was working with CapitaLand, one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups. At CapitaLand her role involved end-to-end investment management and asset monitoring. She has worked extensively on transaction diligence, structuring, execution, and asset management.
She has completed her MMS in Finance from University of Mumbai.
Jasdeep Juneja
Compliance Officer
In his current role, Jasdeep is involved in looking after the applicable compliances on Arka Credit Fund. He is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of corporate governance, regulatory governance, and legal advisory services.
In his last stint, he worked in a listed Non-Banking Financial Company in the digital lending domain, where he looked after regulatory compliances and drafted and vetted contracts. With a robust background of more than 3 years as a Company Secretary and Legal Advisor, he has gained extens...
